Not wiggly anymore

Do you see that?

No, let’s take a closer look.

Do you see it now? There’s an adult tooth poking through Sevea’s gum. About a month ago Sevea noticed her tooth was wiggly. It wasn’t real wiggly and we just figured we’d let it come out when it was ready. Well then a couple weeks later we saw a new tooth coming in behind her baby teeth. So we tried and tried to get that tooth to wiggle wiggle wiggle to help it come out. Just so happens that we had a dentist visit to make. The dentist said it was perfectly fine to give the tooth more time but to just keep wiggling it. The adult tooth would naturally push forward more from her tongue with time.

Well with all that wiggling it became soooo loose. Sevea started to become concerned about it. Not so much having the tooth fall out but when it would happen and how would she get it home and of course she really wanted the tooth fairy to come make a visit. So on Monday she let us help wiggle it and try to pull it out. Troy and I both gave a turn and then Kim gave it a shot as well. Pop! The noise scared everyone and made Sevea afraid of having it come out. But it was already done. I was wiping up the blood and out came the tooth in the tissue. She had lost her first tooth!!

With her already having a tooth coming in sometimes you can’t even tell she lost one. But the tooth fairy did not forget. The tooth fairy made it’s way into her bedroom and decided that because of inflation over the past 20 some years she would leave 5 $1 bills. The tooth fairy might need a raise to keep up with these prices.
