Look at those pearly whites!! Yup all six of them now…or wait do you see a 7th? Where are you looking? I’m sure you thought to first look next to the middle teeth. That would only make sense. Most kids get the middle 8 teeth first. No NOT Cohen. He seems to have a thing about getting teeth on his right side. So now look again, on the right side. Yep if you look really closely you’ll see Cohen decided to get a molar on the bottom right side. A MOLAR!! This kid surely likes to go against the norm when it comes to getting teeth.
