Incentive to run

Cohen has only been walking a couple months, so we weren’t really expecting him to pick up the speed for a little while. But never underestimate the power of food, especially considering he is my son after all. Sevea decided she wanted an ice cream cone for a snack and Cohen certainly knows what ice cream looks like. He gets all excited and talks (yells) at you to give him some. We figured it wouldn’t hurt for Sevea to share a couple bites with Cohen. Cohen would take a lick/bite and then off he went running away thinking it was so funny. Okay his little legs probably aren’t quite ready for real running but he sure did pick up the pace. It was quite fun watching him not only enjoy the ice cream but also create his own little game in the process.

Ice cream will definitely be an acceptable treat in my home if it is always this much fun. I’ll just enjoy some ice cream with them next time and enjoy the show.
