Sledding

So I’ve heard a little rumor that the cold temperatures are likely to be over with but we may still get a decent amount of snow in March. I can be on board with this. As long as the temps are getting warmer it is one step closer to spring. Plus sledding in temps close to 30 is quite enjoyable. So bring on some snow. Then we can have another great late morning of sledding like we did way back in early January. Sadly it is our only time we have made it happen this year. I’d love to do it again because every single family member had a great time.

We weren’t sure what Brynna would think but she LOVED it. She didn’t seem frightened at all and gladly went down as many times as you would take her.

The Zimmers joined us as well. As you can see by the smiles on their faces they were happy to be there as well. Being outside in the January never felt so good.

I think Cohen loved sledding the most out of everyone. He wanted to go fast. He wanted to go ALL.THE.TIME. One thing he did not want to do….walk up those hills on his own. It really looked like a lot of effort for him so being he’s so darn cute we would carry him back up or at least hold his hand. Another excuse for us adults to go down the hill ourselves.

Sevea had a good time and enjoyed seeing how far she could go. We even tested out a little “jump” someone had made and it was really fun to see the kids fly a little in the air.

Again Brynna just thoroughly enjoyed herself. She had no problem going down the hill in this little sled all by herself. And that thing could really pick up speed.

This picture to me just screams: “Fat tall guy in a little coat sled.” haha! Andrew always coming up with new and different ways to have fun.
