Turning funfetti cake into cookies was genius! (The recipe is right on the box) The simpleness of a funfetti cake batter works perfectly for making cookies. You get a sugar cookie type result and the frosting just takes it over the top. I loved how simple these were to make as well. Yum! Perfect for a baby shower or Easter since the sprinkles were pastel colors too.
Ooooh any left???!!! I would love to try one.
